Dentists must return to
Right now we are entangled in a authoritative triangle were the dental practices have not been officially closed for lock-down by Government but have been prevented by Care Quality Comission and Chief Dental Officer to do routine treatments. Hopefully this will end soon but I fear we may be again the Cinderella of healthcare.
Caring for you and your dental care
As the unprecedented situation of COVID-19 continues to significantly affect our daily life, I’d like to take this opportunity to update you on some important changes that are happening at your
The guidance from Government is changing almost daily, but the one thing we are clear on is that we are currently unable to carry routine procedures in our practice. Whilst we are required to comply with this guidance, we also want to reassure you that your dental care needs are still of upmost priority to us.
What happens if you have a dental emergency?
If you find yourself in a dental emergency, please call us at the practice on 01305783961. We will have expert advice on hand that will support by directing you to the correct place for care should this be needed.
What if you have an upcoming appointment?
If you have an appointment booked over the next few weeks, you don’t need to do anything. We are currently working to make contact with all patients to reschedule their appointment to a time that is convenient for you.
As a membership plan patient, please be assured that you are a priority to us and as such, once we are given the appropriate guidance to re-open, we will invite you back into our practice to carry out your oral health examination ensuring you are still receiving the required number of appointments included within your membership. Where required, we will be extending our opening hours to make sure that no-one is waiting longer than they have to for their appointments.
We are extremely grateful for your support as a practice member during these difficult times and we remain absolutely committed to our plan membership, as we know that this enables us to identify any dental health issues early, playing a crucial role in the control and prevention of gum inflammation/disease.
In the meantime, please do everything you can to keep yourselves and those around you safe and avoid any unnecessary risks. We are looking forward to seeing you again soon and don’t forget, if you have any questions, please call our supportive team on 01305783961 or email us at email@example.com .
